Education System in India
Punam, this always happens in India. This is a kind of corruption only. Now, there is one more point of view which we miss. No offence meant here. The reservations give a socially backward student, a chance to higher education to top universities. I saw some of the backward caste girls having a rank of over 80000 in Osmania university. Me with a rank around 2000 could not get any seat, as I had no scope to get into the university. Obviously the rank in Common entrance test to engineering colleges determines the level of IQ. Now, leaving a rightful person away, we have a student who is not good in academics taking his position and getting all the oppurtunities. This will certainly degrade the overall quality of students coming out of the university.
The idea of reservation is really being defeated here, giving the oppurtunities to backward classes was the motto, but if they are not interested in using that. Then, that's a serious concern. There are some cases where a lad who due to inavailability of basic facilities which people like me from cosmos get, show tremendous improvement in their engineering, excel in their studies and are enjoying a great career. Complexities are huge, we can never say reservations should be revoked.. some solution must be zeroed down to..!!

try access at 8am.. that will show you hell sometimes..!! u seem to be a great planner nidhi, but for some one like me, who hangs out for tickets at last moment...its just frustrating
